Summer is around the corner and that means it will be swimsuit season. If you want to get your body ready for your time at the beach it doesn't have to be a drag. Seung-Ni Fit Club in Traverse City offers a variety of group fitness classes that have the most welcoming atmosphere and are sure to get you in shape. You can be sure to be fit and have fun while working out!
At Seung-ni Fit Club there are a variety of group fitness classes to satisfy a variety of workout styles and schedules. If you're looking for a high intensity workout then kick boxing will have you working a bag and striking pads while boot camp will have you moving nonstop! If weight training is what you're after then that's also provided with our body-sculpt class! These classes are provided everyday of the week and at multiple times to give anyone plenty of options to workout!
For some people working out alone is fine. But those that want to work out in a group environment can find jumping into it can be a bit intimidating. This is not the case at Seung-ni; our instructors were all new at one point and are always happy to work with newcomers. The patient coaches will be sure to greet and be in class with any new members. Speaking of members, fit club members at Seung-ni are always smiling and welcoming to anyone joining the class!
