Membership Policies

30 Day Written Notice of Cancellation

In the event, it becomes necessary for you to cancel your membership, please stop by the front desk and fill out a cancellation form.  To effectively manage tuition payments and optimize instructor staffing - we require 30 days written notice submitted to the Academy in advance of your regular draft date to cancel your membership.  Any draft payments already scheduled within the 30 day period will be drafted.  Please note emails, texts, voicemails, phone messages or any other forms of electronic communications are NOT acceptable notice pursuant to this policy.

 

Timely Update Credit Card / Payment Info

It is the members sole responsibility to timely update their form of auto payment on file via credit card, debit card, expiration dates, checking account, etc. – and shall be fully responsible for all past membership payments owed.       

 

No Membership Refunds

Unfortunately, no full or partial refunds on membership fees can be given for any reason at any time.

 

Make-Up Classes

You are allowed to make-up missed classes.  But, no make-up classes can be used after the cancelation of a membership.

  

Private Lessons

All private lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the lesson.

 

No Transferring Memberships

No Membership (including Kickboxing Punch Cards) are transferable to another person or family member.

     9:00am-5:00pm

     12:00pm-5:00pm
