WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING ABOUT SEUNG-NI
"I wanted to learn how to protect myself. But I was always intimidated to go into a martial arts school. When I learned about the self defense program at Seung-ni from a co-worker I decided to give it a try. The instructors are so kind and encouraging. My first lesson was cool and everyone was beyond helpful. I have made a ton of friends and the self defense moves are simple to learn, fun to practice and I feel powerful!"

Will I get hurt? The martial art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a very safe form of training, and safety is a core principle here at the Seung-ni Academy. And, because Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a fluid art form that relies on refined technique, momentum and leverage to defend against an attacker instead of combative strikes -- no one will be kicking or punching you.
