Martial Arts training can also help a child grow mentally while away from school. The positive black belt instructors stress discipline, obedience, and practice to the students each class. Students are given monthly assignments via SWAT (Special Winning Attitude Team) packets to complete which include learning about South Korea, taking extra chores around the house, working out at home, and asking questions to elders to learn from them. Students also interact with one another and enhance their social skills through class. Martial Arts classes ensure that children return to school ready to learn and be among their classmates!
