Tai Chi Classes
Tai chi is an ancient form of Chinese martial art that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of mind-body exercise. It involves a series of soft and gentle movements performed in a slow and focused manner. Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows smoothly into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Beginners start with the breathing exercises, simplified stances and basic hand and foot movements related to Tai Chi. And, then eventually learn a series of connected flowing movements to bring strength, symmetry, balance and flexibility to the body.
